Spanish: Bogavante.

Description: It has a robust mottled dark blue body that ends in two potent pincers of unequal size that it uses to grip, attack and destroy its prey in a scissor fashion. The pincers have fine serrated teeth and it has seven rings around the abdomen. It is very slow growing.

Minimum size: 25 centimetres.
