Gastronomy :: SEA BASS WITH VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

1 bass about 3lbs, with skin, open and boneless
1 onion
1 zucchini
2 leeks
3 zanohorias
2 nut butter
Salt and pepper
1 onion

PREPARATION

While the bass is cleaned, salted and placed in an oven dish.

With open backs, place a knob of butter inside and closes.

Wrap the fish in foil and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes very strong.

On the other hand, peeled and cut into very thin strips of carrots, zucchini and onions and only the white part of leeks cut into slices that melt later also in strips.

Melt the other knob of butter in a skillet and fry over low heat strips of vegetables.
To serve, bass unfolds, your skin is peeled and placed in a dish, peppered over the vegetables.


Variations and tips: You can also incorporate potatoes into slices with a little butter and season that can be cooked juente taking advantage of the bass in the oven. In order to do well, have finite cut meter, rather than in the oven, the microwave for 10 minutes.
